Hi,

I am getting a bit anxious as it feels as if I am being given the run-around. I requested a withdrawal more than three weeks ago - all my paperwork was in and the playthrough fixed and now I find that "they are behind in the paperwork by over four weeks and I should expect the cheque to be mailed out NEXT WEEK" [caps are mine]" and then still wait another two weeks. Come on, guys - you take my money fast enough - give me a better reason to play online and come back, please.
