2 more weeks, now on week 5. Any comment Louise? Are you still here on the site and helping navigate communication on how long delays are? Just hearing 6 or 8 weeks, at least knowing takes away such uncertainty.

I haven't got a clear indication of when my payout from Rushmore will come. My first email of "it's sent and expect ten business days" was May 19th. Then on May 26th I received an email that on May 19th it was indeed approved" and expect ten days from "that point". Then on June 9th I got an email saying that on the 25th (??) my withdrawal approved was "delayed" unfortunately with no specific range of hope given.

Researching a lot it looks like the turnaround has taken up to 5 weeks. Should I hold until then? Is this normal right now? It's my first play there and it was a large win, just under the 4000$ max withdrawal but took lots of playing over 24 hours to get there. I hope to see it as Megan Ross says "all players do get paid" and the bulk of what I'm reading this is the case. Can't wait to say "I GOT PAID" go back to play more and be an advocate for the site.
