Why haven't I been paid?

Promised seven times, yet nothing.

Rushmore and Louise..I've been a critic..I've been a supporter..and now there is no excuse.

There is no reason for any of your people from Rushmore to be walking the face of this planet we call Earth.

Pretty sad comment from me on my birthday...and I'm sorry because I always want to think the best of people. Keep the money and have fun!

Numerous requests for an update have been made with no response from management.

When am I going to see my money?

Louise..still nothing and no response to an email sent last week. Had hope, now not so sure.

You have begun the process of resolving the matter by your post and lets hope it all works out.

I won't rehash the communication issues, but it was disappointing and hopefully a lesson has been learned and we can regain some trust in Rushmore and its sister casinos.

I've been very happy with Rushmore and have not had any problems until now.

Why haven't the withdrawals been processed? I'm tired of hearing about "Technical Issues" for the past two weeks. I'm sure all the other bills have been paid, so why haven't the players?

This is not good and obviously reflects very badly about the casino.

Patience is wearing thin at this point and the lack of information about the cause and timing of the resolution isn't helping.
