thanks for the quick reply,thought i had read somewhere that withdrawals were sent within 48 hrs of approval or is that only with certain methods,as when i spoke to your online live help they told me it takes 2 days to approve the withdrawal and one day to send the payment,so i have been checking bank,i didint see anywhere or have been told it takes 10 days as the quick withdrawal is really the main reason i played as with some of the rtg casinos i ve played with before its usually been a minimum of 1 month from attempting a withdrawal before i get th emoney.
the tech problem seems to have fixed itself as its now working again so thats good,

my partner has an account with slots oasis but doesnt have a membership to casinomeister so im passing on the message. we were playing a few days ago and won and the withdrawal has been approved but since then the software has stopped working so i cnt log in to see if my cash has beeen sent.
its been about 4 days since i made the request and i think it was approved about 48 hours ago so i was just wandering if you could check if its beeen sent for me and there are no problems.
i have tried re-installing the software but it now seems im having the same problem with all the RTG software ,everything works fine accept the deposit page in the cashier link doesnt load up,everything else is ok withdrawal,coupons etc its just the deposit page stays blank on all the rtg casinos i play.
really dnt know whats happned it worked fine until a day or so ago and ive played loads over the years.
