  1. I to am having the same problem. I withdrew over a month ago $2000. Nothing. Am a VIP member as well. This is for sure not VIP treatment or the best practice of keeping customers. I have been told by VIP managers that it was sent. I even had to open a new bank account just so I would have a swift code for them to use. Still nothing. To be honest they have always paid in the past. I have absolutely no reason to believe they won't, however the part that upsets me is that they have lied about it being sent when it never was. That's the part that upsets me. I say they need to start mailing checks. They owe those of us who have been waiting a long time a huge BONUS!!!
