Hey Louise, it's me again. I still haven't received my withdrawal. I did receive an email saying they were having a problem with UMW and asked if I had another wallet to deposit into. I checked with UMW and they said they were not having any problems. If Slot Oasis can deposit into another wallet (they suggested ewallet), they can deposit into UMW. I see this as another delay tactic. Can you help?

Hi Louise. I have been trying to get my winnings from Slot Oasis since 8/24. I sent my faxback documents 3 times. They won't respond to any emails. I talked to online chat and was first told the processor at usemywallet was down. Then I was told my withdrawal hasn't even been approved yet. I checked my account history and found that my withdrawal was cancelled 09.03 and was resubmitted the same day. I know I didn't cancell it. my user name is bschnepf
