    I am asking for your help to please resolve this issue. Hesitantly, I have already emailed back the Cherry Red Withdrawals Department with my bank information. Along with letting them know that my friends and I have been waiting to play at Cherry Red again until we see that the casino actually pays it's customers and in a timely manner. So far we don't have very much confidence, but I've heard great things about you, and am hoping you can help me gain some trust with your casinos, so I can continue playing at them again. Thank you very much in advance, and I hope that you can help expedite the process of me receiving my withdrawal.

    That same day I replied and asked questions as to how that's possible since I was already told my check was processed, and what is preventing them from simply writing me a check. My email was ignored. I then asked how long it would take for a bank transfer and received a response that it would take 7-10 Business Days.

    So now after I already waited the 2 weeks for my check, and after being lied to, I now have to wait 2 more weeks for a bank transfer that should only take 2-3 business days max to accomplish for a customer who has already waited the original 7-10 business days.

    On 2/17 I received an email stating that my withdrawal was processed and I should receive my check within 7-10 business days.

    On 2/27 I replied and asked for the tracking number so I could be sure my check was on it's way and when it was coming. I was told to check back in a week because Cherry Red doesn't get the tracking number until right before it would arrive to me or sometimes even after (which I find odd).

    On 3/4 I again asked for the tracking number. Now I am told there was a "system error" and my check was not sent. Excuse me? According to the email weeks earlier my check had already been processed and sent, and I was led to believe I was simply waiting for it to arrive. And now they asked for my information to do a Bank Transfer.

    Depositing via e wallets from America.

    This method is facing a lot of proabelms at the moment, as the Goverenment/banks/visa, are all trying to stop this from happening.

    Current deposit method:
    open e wallet acct.
    deposit from visa card/bank acct. into the e wallet. "not allowed my most visa/banks"
    at Casino banking area, deposit from e wallet into Casino acct.

    Proposed New Option;
    open Pay Pal acct.
    Deposit into pay pal from visa/bank acct. "legal to do so in USA, from any visa/mc".
    Send money from their Pay Pal acct. to my Pay Pal acct.
    "I" send the money from "my international bank acct", to your Casino, ref player name.
    You deposit into players acct, and inform them as such.
    Play

    Thus, eliminating the e wallet altogether, and thus eliminating, "transaction declined"
    Good idea, or not a thesable idea?

    Hiya: I have a question. Has any OnLine Casino ever thought of using a, "3rd party" Individual outside of the USA, to get money from players in America, and then either deposit it directly into said players account, or a general account at your Casino, then you move it into the players acct?
    Procedure as example.
    Player name Slotbaby sends money to love2winalot, "me", overseas, via paypal.
    Love2winalot then deposits the money, "from PNB" either directly into Slotbaby acct, or into,"your' acct, and then into slotbaby acct.

    It seems to me that this would be a very good way to come up with a way to replace all the issues with MC an Visa deposits not going thru.
