    You have begun the process of resolving the matter by your post and lets hope it all works out.

    I won't rehash the communication issues, but it was disappointing and hopefully a lesson has been learned and we can regain some trust in Rushmore and its sister casinos.

No one seems to be able to provide me with any insight or the next steps to resolution. I'm a presidential vip member and have given Rushmore quite a bit of money...I give companies my business who treat me well, but because of the lack of information from Rushmore, I'm angry.     Apologies for not being here to reply to everyone. I have been off for a few days as I have been sick.

    I'm back in the office and have just been updated as to the situation on withdrawals. I'm happy to hear that withdrawals are now starting to go out as the problem has been fixed. The withdrawals are being processed daily according to the people who have been waiting the longest, so I would hope that everything is caught up with very soon and thank everyone for their patience in this difficult and frustrating time.

    hello louise...like everyone else, i am inquiring about a well overdue withdrawl. not being given even a hint of when it will be sent really is not acceptable. i see that the problem began well before i even played, which makes me curious as to why there was not a disclaimer on the site stating that withdrawls are not being allowed? the cashier worked well enough to take my deposit but is not able to wire my withdrawal? it seems a bit dishonest to not state that problem BEFORE folks trust and deposit on at your casino....i have had no response to many emails, which is not common for cherry, as my history with you has been excellent. i played despite knowing you were no longer accreditted here as you have always paid. the lack of response is making me weary to say the least......some response is required.

    Hi Louise, can you please tell me why I haven't received my withdrawal that was approved on 12/2/10. I was 1st told that Rushmore was having technical difficulties and now no one is even responding to my emails.

    I've been very happy with Rushmore and have not had any problems until now.

    Why haven't the withdrawals been processed? I'm tired of hearing about "Technical Issues" for the past two weeks. I'm sure all the other bills have been paid, so why haven't the players?

    This is not good and obviously reflects very badly about the casino.

    Patience is wearing thin at this point and the lack of information about the cause and timing of the resolution isn't helping.
