I am currently not in the office dealing with things. I have however been in touch with a manager in the office and she has confirmed that the withdrawals manager sent the rest of the delayed withdrawals out in one final big batch 3-4 days ago. If you do not receive your withdrawal/s within another 3 business days, please ensure to email withdrawals and I will make sure to take care of this at the beginning of next week at latest when I will be in the office. Your withdrawals should be received by then according to the news I received. Please email withdrawals in either case and let me know. Thanks and apologies again.

Louise - I cannot believe how we have been lied to by Rushmore. Been waiting since November and all I keep hearing is it is coming. How can you continue to say that????? I am so so disappointed in Rushmore. And you are not even answering all our inquiries. How can we continue to believe we are going to get what is rightfully ours????

It's now 11 days since I left you a message with still no response...Rushmore says the payment was sent...my bank says no one has attempted a wire...someone is lying to me and I know it isn't my bank...

Numerous requests for an update have been made with no response from management.
