    hello louise , i have a problem with your casino im a fraudulent player according to my ip address , having spoken to cs this morning , i would like you to look into this & remove me from your system as a fraudulent player , im spitting nails about this , (a)i dont like being called a fraudulent player & (b) cs cannot do anything about it , im looking forward to what you may bring up concerning that i am indeed a fraudulent player , i shall forward to your input on this,i shall send whatever docs you need to prove that i am who i say i am & that everything matches up , many thx mr jones

    Hi Louise. This is bmz10000 from Rushmore, and I am having a cashout issue. My last cashout was approved on 6/27, and I have yet to receive my check via FedEx. In the emails I receive from the accounting department it says it should take between 7 and 10 working days for my check to arrive. It usually takes a couple days more, but never this long. I've emailed with no response. Also, I have chatted with customer service several times. All they have told me there is an issue with cashouts at this time, but the accounting department won't tell them what it is other than to say they are working on it and that I'll have my check asap. I asked if it was only certain players (ie only US or only checks) and they said no it is a system-wide issue. Ideally I would like my check, of course, but, if you could just tell me what the problem might be and give me a timeframe on the solution that would be great. Sincerely, David (bmz10000 @ Rushmore)

    Hi Loiuse, rainyg from Rushmore here. I have sent you several emails through Rushmore with no response. I too am waiting on a withdrawal. Seems to be taking a long time considering it is through Neteller. I have withdrawn from Cherry and it was received in 3 days. You told me it takes within 48 hours for a withdrawal to be processed. It is now way over that. It is extremely frustrating when I get no response from you. Live help told me Rushmore always answer emails immediately, well in this case they havent. Would really appreciate a prompt answer to when my withdrawal will be in. Your response in this matter would be appreciated. Kind regards, rainyg

    Hi Louise! I'm crvp at Cherry Red, have been a long time player. The length of time withdrawals sit in the cashier is frustrating. All security documents are in place and I've made many withdrawals - but my current one has sat there for five days instead of timely being sent back to my ewallet!
