    i sent a request for withdrawal at rushmore casino on 03/01/11 and I got an email saying it would 2-3 business days to process the request. Today is March 8th and still not processed. PLEASE HELP!

    Hello Louise. I have been promised that I would receive my withdrawal twice now. It was "approved" on Feb. 4th (after having been previously "approved") - I was promised my money within 6-10 working days. That deadline has passed. Someone e-mailed me from you casino and asked if I had received my money yet. I told him no. He said he was working on it. Frankly, I don't believe him Please stop stalling and give me my money. Thank you. P.S. I like your casino but will not go back until you act like an honorable business.

    I requested a withdrawal 02/04/2011. After repeated emails asking for the status of my withdrawal, I finally get this email today:
    Dear Dennis,

    Thanks for your email,

    We have checked that your did not receive yet your withdrawal, and we are taking
    care of this issue and you will receive your winnings very soon.
    We do apologize about the delay, and thanks for the reminder.

    hi louise, thanks for your help i've been piad/credited by cherry red and my confidence is restored with the rushmore group as new computer systems have slowed things a bit, but they are in the process of getting back up to speed. I love those hot slots they have!
