    Hi Louise I just posted this in casino complaints but thought you may be able to help.. On Monday I made a deposit at Cherry Red after about 5min of play I recieved a message saying "problem with random jackpot" this happened with all the games and I could not play. I contacted support and they told me that the Tech dept. would handle it and to come back in 10min. I was locked out for two hours. On thursday I made two deposits, my money was gone in 20min the games were erratic, the reels spun with a jerky motion, suddenly stoped without me hitting the stop button, symbols would change after the reels stopped and when I would try to leave a game and return to the lobby the screen would go white and say not connected to the casino and I would have to log out and then log back in,I called the casino and was told to email the tech dept. and they would look at my play and contact me. I have heard nothing back. I have made many deposits there, I have been told that they are a good casino.

    I have posted a mail to the withdrawal department, but I have not got any answer from you, so I try here since I am a Casino Meister member. I have a withdrawal issue. I made a request 24/7 and was informed that withdrawal processing time was within 48 hours. I would like you to help me with this matter, please. Kind regards Mr Fortunato (my Casino name)

    Hi Louise, rainyg from Rushmore again. Thankyou for fixing last withdrawal, however I now have other withdrawals that are taking forever. One from Rushmore and another from Cherry. My account there is rainy. Could you please see to these as well, would really appreciate it. The withdrawal from Rushmore was made on 21st July and the one from Cherry 22nd July. Both with Neteller. Thankyou

    hello louise , i have a problem with your casino im a fraudulent player according to my ip address , having spoken to cs this morning , i would like you to look into this & remove me from your system as a fraudulent player , im spitting nails about this , (a)i dont like being called a fraudulent player & (b) cs cannot do anything about it , im looking forward to what you may bring up concerning that i am indeed a fraudulent player , i shall forward to your input on this,i shall send whatever docs you need to prove that i am who i say i am & that everything matches up , many thx mr jones

    Hi Louise. This is bmz10000 from Rushmore, and I am having a cashout issue. My last cashout was approved on 6/27, and I have yet to receive my check via FedEx. In the emails I receive from the accounting department it says it should take between 7 and 10 working days for my check to arrive. It usually takes a couple days more, but never this long. I've emailed with no response. Also, I have chatted with customer service several times. All they have told me there is an issue with cashouts at this time, but the accounting department won't tell them what it is other than to say they are working on it and that I'll have my check asap. I asked if it was only certain players (ie only US or only checks) and they said no it is a system-wide issue. Ideally I would like my check, of course, but, if you could just tell me what the problem might be and give me a timeframe on the solution that would be great. Sincerely, David (bmz10000 @ Rushmore)
