Dear Louise.

I have a withdrawal through bank wire that has been approved on 25 november, and in the e-mail I have got the message that my winnings should reach my bank account within 6-10 working days. However, now it has passed a week since the winnings should have been in my bank account. Could you please help me? My account is Goldman.

I signed up for both Cherry Red and Rushmore casinos because they offer 3x odds on craps, plus they accept USA customers. I am trying to get an approved $129 and $550 wire transfer from both casinos. Both casinos have told me it will take 6 - 10 days to get my funds. It's been over 30 days and I haven't received anything. I'm reading the posts and everyone else is having the same problems. What do you recommend I do?

I am having the same problem. Since the beginning of August, I have been trying to get a an approved 1500.00 wire transfer withdrawal from Rushmore. At least 4 times at different dates I have been told the withdrawal has processed and would be in my account in 6 to 10 days and the money never comes. I too, at their advice, opened a new account, and still their is no money.

I to am having the same problem. I withdrew over a month ago $2000. Nothing. Am a VIP member as well. This is for sure not VIP treatment or the best practice of keeping customers. I have been told by VIP managers that it was sent. I even had to open a new bank account just so I would have a swift code for them to use. Still nothing. To be honest they have always paid in the past. I have absolutely no reason to believe they won't, however the part that upsets me is that they have lied about it being sent when it never was. That's the part that upsets me. I say they need to start mailing checks. They owe those of us who have been waiting a long time a huge BONUS!!!

I won a jackpot of $18,700 on Sept.4 at Rushmore, withdrawal was approved on 9/14, I've contacted support numerous times by chat as well as sending emails, and not one person has gotten back to me in over a month. I still haven't received my withdrawal, every 10 days I check to see if my withdrawal went through because thats what I was told and still nothing. I would appreciate some help. User ID- works91214
