Seriously I can't thank you enough for your suggestions. I have been so beside myself since this has happened. I lost a large sum of money. I will try your suggestions.
I think part of the problem was a miscommunication. I asked them when my check bounced and they were having problems processing checks to the US, I asked them to just credit my credit card back for the amounts of the withdrawals. I think when they heard the word credit card back, they thought I said chargeback and that was never said. I didn't even know what a chargeback was. When I tell you this was my first time I had ever gambled online so all this lingo is new to me like I don't know what some of your abbreviations mean.
I don't mind you posting it for all to read as I would never wish this on anyone. It has been a nightmare for me. I will give your suggestions a try. I am not looking to give them a bed reputation, I just feel I am not being treated fairly and their casino stated, Fair Gaming. I will let you know if I have any luck.

Thank you for your response. Trust me when I tell you I have read nothing negative about this casino and the group it is affiliated with. It is part of the Microgaming Group as well and it did not get blocked on my computer. This was the very first time I had ever gambled online, ever. I don't understand and I don't know what to do. Any suggestions would be most helpful. They are definately not listed under the rogue casinos, their reputation seems to be great. I am very confused as to why they won't return my deposits, void them and be done with it.
