Hello, I have an account at The VIP Lounge and have played and withdrawn there for years. I was ask for Docs and I faxed them in...now you want a clearer copy of my license. I will fax that today but I kind of feel like I am getting the run around. I have made several withdrawals over the last year and so many deposits its crazy. Why the hard time now! Just want to make sure that when I send in the new fax that this issue will be cleared up and I will recieve my withdrawal.

I just talked to lex on live chat...he said I was sent a Birthday Greeting(whatever that is) I never recieved anything. He said there was no such thing as a birthday bonus. Thank You for your time and trouble!

Dear Emma,
What the heck is going on with your casinos? I have deposited 100s over the last few days and cant even get one bouns round on the video slots. I cant say it was fun or entertaing at all. I just deleted all the microgaming casinos I had loaded. Once in a while you have to let us hit a bouns round, thats what we play for.

I guess I better get in line. I made a withdrawal from VIP Lounge and am waiting, seems like everyone else. Why does it take so long to wire to my bank account. I have deposited alot of money with your casinos but I will never deposit again. Had no idea that there were these problems with withdrawals.
