hello i recently received a vip level bonus from class1 i asked your support agent she told me that i could play any game and that only slots count towards the playthrough after i received your bonus i played on slots until i was confident that i had met thge play through requirements after that i played any game of my choosing when i reached $130 i played it down to $100 on slots to make sure i had met the playthtrough requirements as your support agent notified me that i could withdraw a maximum of $100 i requested a withdrawl of$100 and it was denied by the cashier because i played unrestricted games
