    Hi,

    I joined your site earlier this year and deposited and played on it for a few weeks. I made a withdrawal request from the site on the 18th May, which is still listed as pending. Despite making numerous contacts with CS I am continually told that the matter is being escalated to the accounts department, however nothing ever happens. Is there someone I can contact directly to help with this matter?
