About you:

I Have been playing online off and on since 1995, 15 years. In 1995 I happened to be living in the first test market county for the first Cable Modem ISP Service. Anyone out there who was a player back then on DSL can only imagine the speed difference made when gaming. So, I've had a "High Speed" connection since the beginning of my play and the industry's birth, I think. I've seen all the changes and advancements along the way. I've seen so many sites, software, groups, commissions, auditors, licensing jurisdictions, customer service systems and the philosophy changes (Like splitting CS and Promotions (Mistake.), Payment methods, (Anyone remember Prepaid ATM or Pay Spark?), bonus marketing strategies, and Terms and Conditions come and go I should write a history of the industry lol ;-).
I've lived and worked in Las Vegas selling Sport Info off Satellite TV commercials in 92' 93'...Our service went 1 for 20 during the 93' preseason. Needless to say that ended that.
I only cashed one check in all those years playing online at all those many sites, and that was early on in the history of the industry, 97'. I couldn't believe it when the check came and then even cleared...A bank in the Caymans back then! Besides that one time, I have received many bottles of Dom with crystal flutes for Christmas or my birthday. Haven't herd much of that kind of customer service in half a decade ;-( Now-a-days your lucky to get a $25 chip, and that has to be requested????
The movie Casino is one of my top 3 favorites and I think it tell the online story too!
I enjoy Video Poker Jacks or Bettor with double down, Real series slots and Traditional Black Jack...All do to the high speed of play. I also sometime play craps, the software has come a long way, however it's still not perfect and you can never get the same excitement. In the land based casinos, I only play craps and for the free bottled beer ;-))).
I hope that tells a little about myself...sorry about the no spell check and run on sentences. But isn't hard as applying to Harvard lol.
