    Cocoa was the first online casino that I played. I had hours of fun. After a couple of years I was locked out presumably for too may withdrawals. After that I had a problam with Spartan
    echeck did not carry through and I got blamed. Then I won 1200 at Grand 21 thry would not pay because of the Spartan event. Over the past however many years and 1000's dollars
    for my entertainment I have come to the conclusion that RIVAL is in fact dishonest. It is after all called gambling, if you are going to get pissed when you have to pay out, make offers that are obviously designed for the player to lose and then for each casino to uphold the problems of another casino ( played and spent many dollars at grand 21) in all the years of playing Rival . I think that all RIVAL (casinocontrol) casino's should stay rogue. Roberta Sue Douglas
