    I opened an account at Sportsbook.com in October and made an initial deposit of $1000. On October 31st I requested a withdrawal of $2500. The next day I received an email letting me know that my account was being closed. They stated that 2 years ago I had sent an email to close my account. This was true. Since that time I decided to start playing a little bit online again. They told me that the new account would be closed and that they would refund the $1000 deposit back to my credit card. In addition they informed me that they would be keeping the $2500 in winnings.

    I won the $2500 fair and square. There was no cheating involved whatsoever. I was allowed to open an account with all of the same information and gamble. Only when I request a cashout do I get told that they are closing my account and keeping all the winnings. This is very unethical and stealing from their players in my opinion.
