Although I haven't made this one in a while, I currently have some Grandmarnier and am saving some for when it cools down enough to have my oven on again. I had to type the recipe out and thought I would share it with you.
Dipping the orange segments is a little fussy, but really adds to the presentation. If you do a dozen, nicely marks the servings.

Well, as usually the Chinese leftovers had all the good stuff picked out, so I made a quick little dish to extend them.
1/2 lb raw shrimp, peeled and deveined
Two garlic cloves, peeled and thinly sliced
About 1 inch ginger root, peeled and thinly sliced
1 tbsp mild oil or butter
1 tsp soya sauce
1 oz dry sherry or rice wine
1/4 cup chicken stock or water
Few drops of hot sauce to taste

Well, after today's hot turkey sandwiches, all the gravy is gone, so if you need a new idea for left over turkey, give this quickie a try. It is based on the 1994 Pillsbury Bake-off winner [Link]

1 tablespoon of mayonaise
1 clove garlic, finely minced or crushed
2 tbsp curry powder (or to taste)

For a festive cocktail with a twist, try the following:
In a cocktail shaker, add 1 cup commercial eggnog, 1/2 can frozen UNDILUTED orange juice, ice and 2ozs rum or bourbon. Shake, sprinkle with nutmeg and serve.
Memories of creamsicles.
This can also be made as a warm punch, serve in mugs with a cinnamon stick.

In the true spirit of southern hospitality, Lauriejim is hosting Christmas bunch for 50 or 75 of her closest friends and relatives!!! I'll give a basic recipe for 12...just make some extra pans, or divide the recipe and use a smaller pan for a smaller group. Everything...
