Dear Rep, I'm not sure what your name is:) I sent an email to the support area after calling and not getting an answer there about what your percentage rate is. I have played many times at this casino lately and the little bonus rounds are so far between that my money disppears in a jiffy. I won't continue to play where the slots are that tight. I am a low roller and even with that I never seem to get those bonus rounds , maybe one here and there. You really do need to at least let people play a while before they bust out or they won't come back after repeated times like this. Thank you for listening. patti
