  1. Emma does seem like a great rep like Catrina says. It just seems very offending that the casino is claiming that the reason people aren't getting paid right now is because of the holiday down time (which should have been like 3 days tops). I thought I was at the end of the rainbow and about to receive my pot of gold (my 490 dollars) because I had finally received an email from support telling me that the money would be in my account by the 30th of January. Unfortunately that email didn't hold to be true. Now I'm back talking to the customer service representatives.. on the phone and via chat, to no prevail. I can tell you all of the customer service representatives names now and what country they are from.. yet I can't tell you when if ever, I will get my money. How depressing is that? Very. None the less I have full hope in Emma that she will make it all right. Just hopefully in a hasty manner
  2. Hello there, how are you doing? I was impressed to see how much time and effort you put into resolving the issues for the Jackpot Factory group on these forums. I must say that your time and service is very appreciated. I made a withdrawal of 490 USD on December 14th and still haven't received my funds. Mostly (and unfortunately) this amount of time for withdrawals isn't uncommon for online gaming but the thing that really pushes my buttons is that the customer service representative keep telling me it will be in there within "said amount of time". As of yet none of these promises have held to be true. Also they keep assuring me that the financial department will respond to me via email within 48 hours. I've been told this six times as of yet and to date, I've had zero responses. Anything u can do?
