I did warn that I would publish my screenshots and comments here - but that seems to have fallen on deaf ears...
I had a terrible time and that will take some getting over.
Your support's laughable "reply" ignored my suggestion saying that they're confident I will have a much better experience ... NEXT TIME???
What? Tell em to stop sipping the leftover champagne mate!
You expect me to accept a FREE entry into a tournament that thousands of others received free entries into - and you think I will be placated???
    Hobloodyho .......

32RED knows how to make amends and they have my undying gratitude -
You lot have a bit to learn I fear...
    Check your email -
Vajr21955990 that's me ... in case the Pianoman handle hasn't registered?

hi there once again i have been lied to by allslots who made a promise of returning my initial deposit as i had no way of winning at there casino however they are now saying i played thru the deposit (a lie) and that it was managements decision that they will be keeping my initial deposit although no manager will ever come to a phone to discuss this. Does any1 have any ideas about where to go now with this as i feel as though despite me giving them the full facts they have decided that they would allow me to deposit and then keep my money, I do not mind losing but to be robbed is different

i am currently on the phone to allslots AGAIN and although i had 149 pounds in my account they have locked it and said the amount is zero and although they were at fault in letting me open an account they will not unlock it although they do want me to send them a utility bill and also my drivers licence and (nate) who claims to be a manager there said even with those i will receive nothing. I asked for my initial deposit to be refunded and they refused this also. I have been told to go into playcheck and check where my money went but if the account is locked how is that possible. I beleive they know what they are doing and deliberately let me deposit and as soon as i was in front locked the account but lo and behold the person who made the decision does not deal directly with the public. I think from here on in i will be dealing with homegrown casinos who have built there reputation through the years as allslots customer service has left me where i do not ever want toi bet online again

i was told by the supervisor to call back tomorrow (*saturday) to have my money returned and lo and behold no one is working there and i have been asked to wait another 48 hours to check if they DECIDE to give me a refund. I know this casino is accredited here on this site and they must be doing something correct but they seem to have serious issoes about parting with there money. Anyway now it is Monday when my guess is they will refuse paykent anyway.

I have been reading with interest other players coments and concerns
It is very interesting that I have fallen into the same trap. I have been waiting for well over a month for my winnings. First I must say that I have only had one problem with a cash out, and that was resolved. All other cash outs were fine. Although I did have a check from your company bounce. However that was resolved as well, after an embarrassing hour at the bank. I have changed my mind and am completely aware that playing at your casino is not worth the trouble. And I will make this fact known to every website I can find. I know everyone says this, but please look at my account and see how much I used to play at your site. I too keep getting the run around, “please wait till Monday”, next they told me to “please wait till next Tuesday” that is if you can get someone who actually speaks English. Then it is well you need to wait 10 days, than, its “well it has been processed, but you need to wait another 10 business days” IF YOU HAD PROBLEMS PAYING PEOPLE, YOU SHOULDN’T TAKE THERE MONEY. In my state this is considered fraud. To other people reading this post; I hope you have better luck than me….

I have been waiting for several withdrawals from Allslots. Originally it was a total of $3,450, then they made a deposit into my bank account for $500 and then one this week for $400. They still owe me $2550! I keep getting the runaround, telling me that they changed their withdrawal policies for the US in the middle of my withdrawals. Keep telling me "Thank you for your patience." I HAVE NO PATIENCE LEFT! I want my money. They had no problem getting my money, now did they???

Hi there. Maybe you can help me understand why I cannot get email replies from ALLSLOTS. I have been trying in vain to register for the SLOT TOURNAMENTS but they cannot seem to help. I did have an email address error at first, but it was resolved. I have sent two follow-up emails over a 2-weeek period and have not received a reply.
Is this something you can help with?
