Emma does seem like a great rep like Catrina says. It just seems very offending that the casino is claiming that the reason people aren't getting paid right now is because of the holiday down time (which should have been like 3 days tops). I thought I was at the end of the rainbow and about to receive my pot of gold (my 490 dollars) because I had finally received an email from support telling me that the money would be in my account by the 30th of January. Unfortunately that email didn't hold to be true. Now I'm back talking to the customer service representatives.. on the phone and via chat, to no prevail. I can tell you all of the customer service representatives names now and what country they are from.. yet I can't tell you when if ever, I will get my money. How depressing is that? Very. None the less I have full hope in Emma that she will make it all right. Just hopefully in a hasty manner
