    I guess I better get in line. I made a withdrawal from VIP Lounge and am waiting, seems like everyone else. Why does it take so long to wire to my bank account. I have deposited alot of money with your casinos but I will never deposit again. Had no idea that there were these problems with withdrawals.

    Emma does seem like a great rep like Catrina says. It just seems very offending that the casino is claiming that the reason people aren't getting paid right now is because of the holiday down time (which should have been like 3 days tops). I thought I was at the end of the rainbow and about to receive my pot of gold (my 490 dollars) because I had finally received an email from support telling me that the money would be in my account by the 30th of January. Unfortunately that email didn't hold to be true. Now I'm back talking to the customer service representatives.. on the phone and via chat, to no prevail. I can tell you all of the customer service representatives names now and what country they are from.. yet I can't tell you when if ever, I will get my money. How depressing is that? Very. None the less I have full hope in Emma that she will make it all right. Just hopefully in a hasty manner

    You owe me a ton of money that I have yet to receive and I'm worried? Every time I question where my money is I get the run around and useless responses. You claimed I used the wrong bank account when withdrawling initially and then said it took 9-10 days for the items to be rejected. They were rejected three days ago and you still haven't reissued the funds and no one can tell me when you will. Support is useless other than to tell me they will update me as soon as possible. I paid you my money within a day or two and I paid you a hell of a lot of money. How about treating your customers with some decency by e-mailing them back within less than 24 hours and giving them some actual information when you e-mail them back. And how about paying me! VIP means nothing at your casino to me!Response times-Horrendous since I was a regular player at WildJack now a VIP-SAME!

    Just adding to the previous complaints about slow/no pay. I have a withdrawal processed on 12/17 that has not yet been received 1/28. They just keep sending me e-mails about slow holiday mail, etc. This is for a credit to my bank account. I have had no problems with this casino until now...I think I have been scammed.

    I apologize for my previous post. It had nothing to do with DONGHEEKIM. I was just a little perturbed about a losing session and will use more tact in the future.

    Hello there, how are you doing? I was impressed to see how much time and effort you put into resolving the issues for the Jackpot Factory group on these forums. I must say that your time and service is very appreciated. I made a withdrawal of 490 USD on December 14th and still haven't received my funds. Mostly (and unfortunately) this amount of time for withdrawals isn't uncommon for online gaming but the thing that really pushes my buttons is that the customer service representative keep telling me it will be in there within "said amount of time". As of yet none of these promises have held to be true. Also they keep assuring me that the financial department will respond to me via email within 48 hours. I've been told this six times as of yet and to date, I've had zero responses. Anything u can do?
