    Hello, I have an account at The VIP Lounge and have played and withdrawn there for years. I was ask for Docs and I faxed them in...now you want a clearer copy of my license. I will fax that today but I kind of feel like I am getting the run around. I have made several withdrawals over the last year and so many deposits its crazy. Why the hard time now! Just want to make sure that when I send in the new fax that this issue will be cleared up and I will recieve my withdrawal.

    i havent resieve my second withdraw ,i keep getting answers, wait a few days, if i cancel the check it will cost me 35usd and i have to wait up to 6weeks for my money is in my moneybookers.i got the first check on the 11aug but the second check never arrieved. i have been waitet sins 8aug. . connie salomon

    Dear Rep, I'm not sure what your name is:) I sent an email to the support area after calling and not getting an answer there about what your percentage rate is. I have played many times at this casino lately and the little bonus rounds are so far between that my money disppears in a jiffy. I won't continue to play where the slots are that tight. I am a low roller and even with that I never seem to get those bonus rounds , maybe one here and there. You really do need to at least let people play a while before they bust out or they won't come back after repeated times like this. Thank you for listening. patti
