Hello, I won money at Jackpot Capital. My docs were approved and I requested payout. Two days later I am told there is trouble with wiretransfers and will I accept a check. I say ok. Then I am told ok it will be 24 to 48 hours again. I do not think that is fair. I already waited for the first 48 hours. It has been 2 days and nothing. I thought this casino was on the accredited list. I am not impressed at all. I picked it to play because of being on that list.

I recieved the email confirming the transfer on the 29th and with all my previous payouts, it's been handled in a timely manner. This one however has not hit the bank yet, and frankly it's getting me a bit edgy. I've been checking in with live chat a couple times on this already, and pretty much been asked to give it til week's end (today). Now I find out that will now take an investigation so I'm probably looking at another 3 days beyond this weekend. Can we see about getting this invesigation expedited? I don't want to put this into PAB status.

a little while ago, i was on my last spin of the free spin feature on slotastic's ocean dreams video slot when i gort 5 of a kind of sea shells w/c the payout table says should pay 250 credits..x 2 on free spins =500$ as i was playing 1$/credit...i couldn't believe it when my total for the free spins only showed 40$+....& my overall total at 130$...so i started chat right away to point this out while i took my snipping tool to save the image...the manager took a look & told me she doesn;t see the win on her screen but she will take it up w/ the software /casino provider & get back to me in 72 hrs...that's the long & short of my interesting incident this morning & now i'm waiting for them to get back at me, as promised...i hope everything turns out good for everybody...
p.s.(thank God i caught that one,...you really have to be aware of every spin because unexpected things can happen any time,huh) )..

"DF-CourierChk Withdrawal Declined" was that they don't send Check to my state WA.


Jackpot Capital is a real deal, other Online Casinos should learn from.

Depositing just before i went on chat, seemed to have made things worst, thinking the least I could get out of making a deposit would be respectedly being turned down from requesting a free chip.
* I received a no deposit offer (mother's day) via snail mail, two days prior to management excluding my account from redeeming any bonus.
The $20 no deposit bonus has already been issued to my account (the mail was already opened waiting to be redeemed), and management knew it was pending the moment she decided to disable my account from redeeming any bonus/nodepost bonus on the cashier. They cant even manually redeem the no deposit code on chat, which they mailed out a week before she decided to bonus ban my account - to top it off, a deposit without any claimed bonus was made so it bewilders me as to why they cant honor what they've issued simply to spite my approach ...
