Got an e-mail promo from JPC Jan 5 for a 100% bonus on my next deposit. Although I found on prev depo's bonus rounds/free spins are sparse so your $ doesn't last long I deposited $50. I read the rules & claimed the applicable code prior to deposit. I was credited only 75% Contacted live help and was told "sorry for the confusion but your remaining bonus will be credited after your balance reaches $0." WTF? There was no mention of this anywhere. I sent an e-mail to support Jan 7 asking for an explanation. No response. Additional e-mail Jan 8, asking again for assistance with the initial matter AND asking why the remaining 25% bonus had not be credited as my balance was at $0 NO RESPONSE to either of my e-mails & I still have not rec'd remaining bonus. Also called their toll-free number 3 times - NO ANSWER once and cut off twice.
Being a newbie to CM can I PAB, now?
