Depositing just before i went on chat, seemed to have made things worst, thinking the least I could get out of making a deposit would be respectedly being turned down from requesting a free chip.
* I received a no deposit offer (mother's day) via snail mail, two days prior to management excluding my account from redeeming any bonus.
The $20 no deposit bonus has already been issued to my account (the mail was already opened waiting to be redeemed), and management knew it was pending the moment she decided to disable my account from redeeming any bonus/nodepost bonus on the cashier. They cant even manually redeem the no deposit code on chat, which they mailed out a week before she decided to bonus ban my account - to top it off, a deposit without any claimed bonus was made so it bewilders me as to why they cant honor what they've issued simply to spite my approach ...

I never argued that a 200% ratio is intolerable and I simply wanted to ask how much i need to deposit or when will my bonus eligibility be reinstated. To make matters worst, asking her for a free chip on jackpot capital - which is the only casino I am entirely loyal with - pissed her off even more, and eventhough my bonus ratio is not nearly as high as slotastic, she had made it her right to also bonus ban my jackpot capital account for having a 100% bonus ratio...I know that management reserves the right to do as they wish, but comparably, any player who wish to redeem a 100% deposit bonus every time he/she make a deposit, does not suffer the same consequences i am served with from a live chat management who undoubtedly reacted out of her emotion. I should have been banned from redeeming any bonus on jackpot, a month ago after I redeemed a $50 birthday bonus...

I spoke to live chat regarding when if ever my slotastic account will be eligible to redeem bonuses, a moment after my query, I was transferred to speak with management. So the management advised that my account on slotastic has a very high ratio, which I didnt argue, but I unreluctantly requested a free chip onto my jackpot capital account, and continued to boast of the account as having a much lower bonus ratio than slotastic. I asked for a free chip onto jackpot because I had just made a deposit the day prior, and mind you, that I never redeem deposit bonuses onto any of the deposits I had ever made on jackpot - so 99% of the time after making a deposit, I have had no problem being granted a freebie, except for when I spoke with management - who may have been offended with the way i responded to being condescendingly told on how to resolve my slotastic's 200% bonus ratio so that i may once again be able to redeem further bonuses.
