Hopefully you can help me with this. I received an email from Allslots saying they were closing, they gave me a coupon code for 100 with a max withdrawal of 500 after 6000 playthrough. I played the required amount and had a balance of 1200 plus, they dropped it to 500 as the rules stated. I was told this was my money when I contacted customer support and I could continue to play with it as it was my winnings. I played my balance up to 2500 and requested a payout. I was sent an email and told it was denied and they had dropped my balance back down to 500 as that is the max payout. I have played several Casino's and have never ran into this. Does this sound right to you?
