Thank alot after spending alot of money at your site I had a glitch and there was no help! I called support to tell them that I could not play Alladin and that it would not load and instead I got an error message. The error said it could not load the package. The operator on the phone suggested I stay away from playing that game. Unbeleivable! I called again tonight and the man on the phone said it worked fine on there end told me to clear my cookies! I feel ripped off! So they isolate me from playing a game that is up to $6g for the jackpost and they don't care how much you spend there. I can't beleive they are not on the rogue pit.

I believe I may have sent my last message to the wrong rep. I told them that I have played at this casino many times and never seem to get any bonus rounds, maybe one here and there and the money disappears too fast. The slots are so tight. I called to see what the payout percentage was and they couldn't give me an answer. Then I emailed them and told them I couldn't continue to just give my money away when I don't even get to play for any length of time. Thank you for listening.
