I have been bonus banned in many Rival casinos, some I am locked out of. One of those I have deposited quite a bit (yours). I have gotten back into some with promotions. It seems this all started when I signed up with U-Tube to claim $20 with Vegas Regal. Since then they have apologized and have been very generous to all with free chips and human respect. Why can't the other Rivals do the same or at least their part? No one got back to me after saying they were looking into it. I can't understand being treated like this, I haven't done anything wrong. If there are issues it's not with you. I don't deserve to be locked out, and please, have the decency to respond to me user name helwin
