customer services explained to my satisfaction.. .although I still find it a bit strange.

Hi,

I have a bonus issue with intercasino today:
I received the '15TABLE' bonus, deposited 200 for 230 bonus, then busted this bonus.

My balance was zero then.
Then I received the '100BONUS' bonus. Deposited 100 for 100 bonus.

After playing some, it appeared that the previous bonus which I busted was still in my account and that I appear to have to wager that full requirement.

There is no explicit clause in the terms that says that busted bonuses still stay active, only that wagering should be completed.

I think it goes without saying that once busted, a bonus should be removed from the open-bonus list, and that it is unfair to keep it there.

Customer services just says that wagering req should be completed and that the terms don't explicitly say that a busted bonus is removed. I think that is an omission in the terms and that a fair way to handle this is to add it in the terms and to explicitly remove such a busted bonus.
