Hello Emily, I already sent an email to MaxD who said I could file a PAB, but first I would like to ask for your help concerning a 100% match bonus, P9999, out of which I accidentally left one 9. I found out after it was too late and I asked support to get the 100% on my 15 usd deposit afterwards (I had already played it). Since there is no live support, I could not handle this matter immediately. And instead of 100% I was given 10%, because of wagering requirements. This happened on 21/9 and on 23/9 I tried again, and it said "has already been redeemed". Support says that the wording is wrong, but that it had expired. All in all, and please check with Alan a.o., I think this is not totally fair. Also, if there would be live support, the matter could have been handled immediately. I would still like this 100% minus the 10% and I would appreciate your help. Thanks! Account name is Mouche12.

It should state up to 5 free games, plus can't really be re tirggered as you are only awarded more games. Thanks Liz
