  2. I have been put on a no bonus offer list from RIVAL and to my knowledge I have done nothing wrong except make a cash out. They tell me I can still play but am not allowed any bonuses because of their automatic system and per their policy they dont have to tell me why. How can i clear this up no one seems to want to help?
