I got the no deposit bonus and made the playtrough and then tried to payout to my neteller but it said that I first had to make a deposit, so I talked to your livechat and they said just make a minimum deposit of 25 and then withdraw the max payout 100 + your 25 deposit , so I did and withdrew 125 dollars more than a week ago but I still haven't received the money in my neteller account?
