Thanks for your posts. As mentioned earlier, we allow maximum cash out of 5 times the bonus given.

Our bonuses are set up so that when the bonus playthrough requirements are met, the balance left on player's account, will be only the max cashout. After this, it is up to the player if they wish to then request a payout or continue wagering.

I understand max cashout. What does that have to do with you taking away my winnings on bonus money BEFORE I requested a cashout. No other casino does that. I should have been able to play on that money as long as I wanted to. I just could not cashout more than 70.00. I was playing in Jackpot Pinatas because I knew I could only cashout 70.00. But by the time your reversal, of which I had no prior knowledge, showed up in my room, I had already made several bets which came off the 70.00 you left me. I still do not understand why I could not play on my winnings until I made a cashout and am still waiting for an explanation, and it was not stated on coupon redemption page or in the mailer I redeemed from. That is my complaint and you have still not addressed it. Will wait for reply before PAB.
