Maybe I just wanted to play for awhile,,, also do you expect me to keep checking the cashier to see when the playthrough is met. Thanks for your posts. As mentioned earlier, we allow maximum cash out of 5 times the bonus given.

Our bonuses are set up so that when the bonus playthrough requirements are met, the balance left on player's account, will be only the max cashout. After this, it is up to the player if they wish to then request a payout or continue wagering.

understand max cashout. What does that have to do with you taking away my winnings on bonus money BEFORE I requested a cashout. No other casino does that. I should have been able to play on that money as long as I wanted to. I just could not cashout more than 70.00. I was playing in Jackpot Pinatas because I knew I could only cashout 70.00. But by the time your reversal, of which I had no prior knowledge, showed up in my room, I had already made several bets which came off the 70.00 you left me. I still do not understand why I could not play on my winnings until I made a cashout and am still waiting for an explanation, and it was not stated on coupon redemption page or in the mailer I redeemed from. That is my complaint and you have still not addressed it. Will wait for reply before PAB.

I requested no coupon reversal withdrawal and all that should have been taken if anything was the 14.00.

Hi I am going to ask this once,, then I will post everywhere. You sent me a bonus of 14.00. I played on it and had it up over 500.00. i was aware that I could only cash out 70.00 on this bonus. I kept playing it Jackpot pinatas because I wanted to meet playthrough and couldn't keep all the winnings. Suddenly while I am playing my balance drops to around 20.00. Wasn't really paying attention cause planning on playing down to 70.00. I had 361.00 taken from me because I met my playthrough??? No such thing has ever happened anywhere I have played before. That is baloney, Why do you drop off my winnings and then say I only have 20.00 left. Too bad I was planning on cashing out my 70.00 and depositing.
