Hi, i recieved a letter (snail mail) on wednesday this week (the 4th of may) offering me $10 free, was excited as you can understand. Was dissapointed though to find out the promo finished on the 30th march. Bit of a kick in the teeth

The letter had nothing on it that indicated a date, it was a very straight forward scratch n win. The live help people couldn't help. Is there anything you can do? I live in Australia so I can imagine mail takes longer, but not a month! Unless it's by ship...

I have recently joined royal vegas and attepted to make a withdrawl. They have asked me for every piece of id under the sun and now want it verified by a notary?. I am starting to think they just dont want to pay the money. Has anyone any experience of this?

talked with live chat about welcome bonus, told I was qualified (2 deposits)later and many emails to support I was told I don't. Question is if I don't get the bonus why do you send by email the number of deposits I have made and how many I have left to get the final bonus.

i spoke to a 7sultan casino rep and he advised me to make sure i keep me my bets under 50% on the roulette table so i do not border on hedge betting or irregular betting patterns. which is fine, i just wish this was made clearer on their website and not have go through all this hassle. i just have to add that this rule takes the fun out of online your online roulette.

i spoke on the telephone to an agent and he said that under normal terms and conditions you can place bets over 70% of the roulette table. can you please guide me on the website where i find these t and c and does this apply to just 7sultans or the whole of the fortune group?

i registered with 7sultans casino a few days ago. i deposited 70 pounds and played roulette for a while and won around 200quid. so i cashed that out. then i went back the next day won anther couple of hundred and cashed out. when i logged in yesterday my balance was out of wack and after talking to erin on chat she said that 130 of my secound 200 had been confisated. she has given me a phone number which i can phone on monday. this morning i got email from 7sultans explaning they changed my account due to irregular play. the email states that 'as per casinos terms and conditions, equal or hedgeing is considered irregular gaming for bonus playthrough requirement'
the thing is, i never accepted any bonuses!!! and havent played since.
please advise

Continually getting spam messages off Platinum Play even though I have unsubsribed on a number of occasions. I have never funded the account as I only joined to check their min bets as I am a small punter.

On Dec 20, 10. I logged in, and was pleased to find you had added echeck as a deposit option. My account balance when I made the deposit was $0. I deposited $25. My bank acc was charged $25 + a $2 fee.

When I logged back in, I noticed the deposit went to my bonus account and not to my cash account. I contacted live support & was told that there was a .30 balance which was left in my bonus account, so the deposit went into my bonus account.

There was definitely NO money in my account prior to making the deposit. and the current "Bonus" balance in my account is now $25.00 not $25.30.

I had NO way of knowing there was an unfinished wager in my account.
I made a CASH deposit.....expecting a CASH balance. Now I find that I have to meet a 1200.00 playthrough on my 25.00 CASH deposit.

I have been a loyal player at Royal Vegas for many years. I'm sorry to see what I thought to be a legit operation turns out to be just another rogue casino.
