I have an issue with 7 Sultans Casino and hope you can help:
Yesterday, I recived a post from 7 Sultans with the offer to get 100% first deposit bonus on acc 7sr21214098 (telling I got the 50 free already)
So, I contacted chat support and asked about the offer:

He told me I was eligible for the 100%, because I only got 50 free and won on it.
Ok, I made a deposit of 45€, but when I tried to claim the bonus, it wasn't possible. So again to chat and another guy told me, that I'm not eligible, because I won with 50 free.

So I ask, why the mail ? And why did the first guy, after checking for 5 minutes, told me I WAS ELIGIBLE ??

Can you help me sort that out? (I still have the chat text and the email here)

one last time i will try to get through here as you can see i have several posts here and had no reply and to be honest i do not understand why yourself and your casino are ignoring me as i have been a loyal customer since 21st march 2008 and have just been informed that my points are all wrong as it it showing with them i have wagered only 5942.42 since joining when i know for a fact that i wagered twice that on my first visit with my bonus. I am here now with them denying this and my break da bank again issue where 88 spins with a 5 multiplier cut off during gameplay only to come back on with winnings of 80 pence(mmmmmmm) they say this is normal although i was promised comp. by 2 of there agents they have all changed there minds now. Plz look into this or i will have no option but to ask the meister to get involved because at least we can all see i am trying to contact you all.

i am still awaiting you answer but reinstalled your software after an offer of a match bonus from Francois but when i tried to get this i was made to feel like a crook and a beggar by AJ one of the support staff. Why has everything changed in here as i always found you to be courteous and polite, Please will you look at this as i will NOT be returning otherwise.

unfortunately after a gr8 run with your casino(fortuneroom) i have been forced to uninstall the software as they refused point blank to look into an issue where a customer service agent had not noted the complaint on the break da bank again slot. I had over 60 spins with a 5 multiplier and during the initial spins the game froze only to have nme log back in to finf out that during all of these spins my account winnings were 30 pence(lol) I asked for this to be investigated but as i am deaf my partner has to phone for me and after so long it was not worth it. Please will you look at this and i will tey to come back to play there, and for any1 reading this apart from this issue in all my time with this group i have found them to be courteous and fair and generally have nothing bad to say about them.

I am waiting for my withdrawl of 160 to be paid by 7 Sultans Casino. My account number is 7sr36089709. I was promised it would be deposited a long time ago. This is unacceptable 7 sultans.

I have been waiting for a long time for my withdrawls since sept 28, I have 5 withdrawls coming to me of which I have recieved 3,since then it has been one excuse after another,the lounge wired a 900.00 withdrawl on thanksgiving day and since the Federal reseve was closed it was rejected.Then the lounge told me that my bank acct. # were not correct,which was hard to understand, since I recieved a withdrawl on 11/3/08 then again on 11/12/08 then again on11/20/08 on that bank account # There continued to be a delay so I sent in a new Bank acct.# for the wire transfer and to date I have not recieved another withdrawl,Since I have had to wait for well over 2 months for my withdrawls I think it only fair that I be wired my 2 withdrawls within the next 3 days.::::::Windybreeze
