I have a problem with everest poker.

I played 1,5 years on this room, begin with 50$ and grow a bankroll at 10 000$
I played more than 300 000 hands in cash games, win 1bigs tournement (about 1500$ winning) and a lot of little.

And in october a friend who play a lot in everest was comming at home
We played a lot, about 12 hours each days with the same ip adress. Sometimes we had been on the same table but 10% times not more.
Now, i know we were completly stupid, but we considered that in physical internet rooms, people play with the same ip too.

Everest banished us and keep all our money, about 14000$ for both.
We played 600 000 hands, win more than 10 tournement, play without problems or anything more than 15 month, give more than 20 000$ of rackback, and for 1,5 week and 10000 hands, all was keeped, we banished for all life.

I had mail us a lot, cry at the kanawaby commition, but they didn't help us.
