  1. UPDATE 11/18: Looks like 3 of the transactions went thru after all. OP claims that processor goofed and gave me an error, did not credit Inetbet with the funds, but they were taken from my bank anyway. The funds showed up @ Inetbet today and OP was nice enough to give me $20 as an apology. Only bad thing is that i really only wanted $25 taken out instead of about $75 from my bank. A refund doesn't help me as it takes too long. I'll just list this an a one-time error that Inetbet couldn't control. Still a great casino in my book! Thanks!
  2. I'd like to add I've been with inetbet for more than a year and NEVER had a problem. I had no problem getting Forms/docs processed and each withdrawal has been fairly timely. So I'm sure this is just a mixup where the processor took the payments but the operator thought it was declined. Inetbet is great to work with and Emily is one of the best casino managers around. I look forward to resolving this matter soon. I only wanted to put in $25 so hopefully the rest will QUICKLY be refunded back to my other cards/banks so I avoid overdraft fees (which can be $35/per transaction). Thanks!
  3. Hi Emily. I just made a cc deposit of about $25. It failed with an error. So I tried another card. Failed again. Then tried a few more times with other cards. None of them worked. However, about 15 to 20minutes later, I checked all those bank card balances and it looks like you charged me for ALL OF THEM combined. Instead of asking me if I want you to re-try, it looks like the casino later processed all of them. So instead of being charged $25, I'm down about $125. I have sent several emails to support tonight (which is usually VERY FAST, but no replies yet). I wish you all had LIVE CHAT. Can you make sure my cards are IMMEDIATELY refunded? I can't wait weeks to resolve this as I'll be leaving for business/holidays for the rest of the year and wont be near my credit union. User: JIMB123 Thank u
