Emily, PLEASE tell me why it's taking so long to get my withdrawal approved?
I had $379 when I requested my withdrawal almost a week ago! Now, I have nothing because of the long drawn out process of being asked for the exact same documents over and over again. It is very discouraging and does not look good for the casino. I actually gave you guys a glowing review on this very site before I realised that I could 'win', but getting paid would be another matter.

Luke sent me yet another request for 'Withdrawal method' after a week tiresome back and forth. I sent him my withdrawal method as 'USEMYWALLET' literally 2 days ago, and I havent heard anything back yet. I am very patient but this is ridiculous for a 'reputable' casino.

Help please.
