Just had a very bad experience with your support.

Received a deposit bonus on the new games. I followed how I was doing regarding to meet the wag, req. in the cashier area.

After having played for some hours, I met the requerments according to my notes and also according to the cashier site, where my money now was standing as withdrawable.
I made a withdrawel but it was returned without any message to me.
Tried again but same thing happened.
After having contacted support they claimed that i was 450$ short in meating the requerements.
According to your own cashier site, that was not true - but what could I do ? I had to play and try to meet the new req. set up for me. Off course I lost - so now I've lost 270$ because of a wrong calculation at your site.

I kindly ask for a response from you about this situation.

I'm very dissapointed with the way Inetbet has been treating an old solid customer, with several deposits and some withdrawals in the history.
I have had a long correspondance with support. Copy has been sent to you.
Please give me some feedback on this.
