It is not received money two withdrawal of October 27?28 when I demanded it. It passes more than 18 days, but when can I confirm the receipt of money?

My two withdrawals are processed, but not showing my moneybookers. First one was processed 2.november. Live support dont answer and my last email past four days still not answer.

This is not first time. Can you check that?
