Thanks Robin..but can you actually give me a specific date by which they will be paid? the 'asap' is not good enough Robin! Lets agree on 3 days time..i don't thinks thats unreasonable. Can we agree on that? I will expect payment of my remaining two withdrawals by tuesday 1st September?
As promised you will then see some serious action from me once i can trust you that withdrawals will get processed.

After you replied to my first message you have not replied to anymore? I received some withdrawals from over 6-8 weeks ago but am still waiting for two more. I would happily play here but only after all my withdrawals get sorted. I even reversed a withdrawal from 5 weeks ago in an effort to lose it and give up here but actually couldn't so i still have withdrawals pending.
Also your live chat and email support at nedplay has gone very quiet. I really don't want to go public after giving you a chance to sort things out but you are ruining any chance of establishing yourself as a safe casino.
I have made big deposits here and you upgraded me to a VIP. Is this how you treat your VIP players? come on Robin..sort all this out. There are too many players this is affecting.
