  1. Hi, I opened an account about 2 months ago but didnt get the password to work, it said my account flowerysoul was locked for some reason. I tried to email Nedplay support (support@nedplay.com) several times but got error msg, "Delivery to the following recipient failed permanently". Once, when I tried live chat, they said nothing was wrong with my account soooo I emailed for new password, it didnt help. Today I got tired of trying and made a new account as luckytrivial, and now my account is locked due to duplicate accounts. But do I care? I havent been able to play at Nedplay casino at all, and after reading in this forum I will just drop it and play somewhere else.
