Hi Robin
After you replied to my first message you have not replied to anymore? I received some withdrawals from over 6-8 weeks ago but am still waiting for two more. I would happily play here but only after all my withdrawals get sorted. I even reversed a withdrawal from 5 weeks ago in an effort to lose it and give up here but actually couldn't so i still have withdrawals pending.

Also your live chat and email support at nedplay has gone very quiet. I really don't want to go public after giving you a chance to sort things out but you are ruining any chance of establishing yourself as a safe casino.

I have made big deposits here and you upgraded me to a VIP. Is this how you treat your VIP players? come on Robin..sort all this out. There are too many players this is affecting.

Hi Robin,
It is now two weeks since my withdrawal was processed and it is still not paid. Please let me know when I can expect my money. If I don't hear anything soon I will have no choice but to PAB.

Hi Robin

I am so tired of being taken for a fool. It's now a week ago you promised to solve your internal proplems and proces my withdrawel. I haven't even received one of your normal mails with the irritating : as soon as possible. I can see that you have been in here both yesterday and today without reacting. I also see that other players are being "put on withdrawel ice". Actually I haven't been able to locate anyone who has been paid.
If I don't get my money latest tomorrow, I'll post a sharp thread in the forum here at Casionomeister, as well as post warnings about Nedplay in every single forum I'm a member of on the internet (16 forums). A copy of this has been forwarded to "pitch a bitch" webmaster Max
