Hi Donwon4,

I've checked the details: the payment has been wired to you already on the 17th and was supposed to hit your account around 19-20.
When you came on chat few days after finance couldn't add any additional info since the payment has been wired.
This Friday, 25th, Winpalace received a message that your payment has bounced back. They will contact you tomorrow and solve this issue.

In general, you supposed to receive your cashout within 5-10 business days.

WIN PALACE PAYOUTS, i made a boatload of deposits at win palace, had a few close calls at cashing out, but ya know how that goes, anyhow, won a RJ for 3900, cashed out 3000, waited 10 days, they approved 1500, put the rest back in my account and said they reserve the right to make payments, well, ok, as long as i get it, that was june 6th, june 17th, the approved withdrawl, today is june26, ..........nothing, i tried live chat many times, most of them are rude, and told me that is withdraw dept. issue ,they offered me their email, i told them i already emailed them 3 times{no response}i am just getting ignored, anybody have issues with them before? if there is a problem the least they could do is email me and tell me, there was no problem with all my deposits, 20 days and counting for a withdrawl is not cool, i was worried when i cashed out at cleopatras palace for 1000, but at 10 days i had it in ewallet, thanks for any response!
