Hi Donwon4,

I've checked the details: the payment has been wired to you already on the 17th and was supposed to hit your account around 19-20.
When you came on chat few days after finance couldn't add any additional info since the payment has been wired.
This Friday, 25th, Winpalace received a message that your payment has bounced back. They will contact you tomorrow and solve this issue.
