At the current time the withdrawal processed in February 2007 are still beeing held by the bank. While we are doing everything in our power I am afraid that I can not give you an estimate on when this will be solved.

I would like to have a look at your specific withdrawal, but will need your casino account number and full name in order to locate it.

Hello, I am still waiting for my withdrawal of 1000 dollars from February of 07. Every time I call I get the same run around and its been over 6 months since I have received an email updating me on the status of my withdrawal. Whats going on?!??? Will I ever see my winnings??
