Hi Daniel, I glad to find this site. It will make my experiences more possitive. That being said, I am used to using Intertops, who have been great. Even as a US player, my payouts were always fast I decided to try another RTG, Casino Titan, and found the results to be quite the opposite. I am very trusting and was not thorough in researching them. I believe what I read on a withdraw page. When it says, you can request up to $2500, I take it at it's word. I was shocked when it was denied and they sent me $500 after waiting over a week? Now they are saying I have to keep requesting withdraws and take these payments. Wow, I won $4000. At the pace that they process, I will be requesting payouts for 3 months. This is not acceptable. I don't know if anything can be done. I tell you this, they will never get another penny from me. Being a business owner, I believe that If you treat your customer good, they will be forever loyal. I appreciate any input. Thanks
