    Hi, I just joined yesterday and was wondering if anyone had any bad vibes from PartyPoker.com. It claims it is registered in Gibralter but when i phoned them and spoke to a guy with an American accent I asked where he was located he said Bulgaria. Is this the norm? They don't seem to be in the rogue section or the acredited section.
